How to Use
Benefits: Horehound is a very bitter herb, and we recommend pairing it with an aromatic or corrective herb such as anise Pimpinella anisum (L.), licorice Glycyrrhiza glabra (L.), or peppermint Mentha ×piperita (L.). Horehound can be prepared with honey to make a candy, and it is a very useful herb for supporting healthy blood flow.
