The Story

Fenugreek: Trigonella foenum-graecum (L.)

Why fenugreek seed? This handy cultivated seed is native to the Mediterranean, Ukraine, India, and China, and is often used to add spicy flavor to curries and soups. But more than a tasty addition to your hearty curry, fenugreek is also a must-have seed in every woman’s home apothecary. Fenugreek can promote soothing comfort to women during menstruation and menopause.

Quality Assured: Our fenugreek seed is Certified Organic by Oregon Tilth and grown without the use of genetic engineering, artificial fertilizers, or pesticides. Our experts here at the Apothecary Shoppe personally evaluate every herb through taste, touch, and smell to assure that you are receiving the best botanicals suitable for use.
