Video Formats
The Apothecary Shoppe offers VHS videos in NTSC, PAL, or SECAM formats. Please ensure you select a video in the format used in your country.
Please note that this information is provided in good faith however within countries there can be variation in video format. If in doubt, check with your local video or electronics store.
There are three main video formats in use around the world:
- NTSC is the video format used in USA, Canada and Japan;
- PAL is the video format used in the Britain, Australia, New Zealand, India, Hong Kong and most of Western Europe;
- SECAM is the video format used in France and Eastern Europe.

NTSC is the standard format used in the following countries:

PAL is the standard format used in the following countries:
