Aromatherapy is a beautiful way to embrace the season, offering natural support for relaxation, immune health, and cozy vibes. Essential oils with earthy, spicy, and citrusy notes can help you create the perfect fall atmosphere in your own space.

Here are five fall-inspired recipes you can try at home.

1. Autumn Spice Diffuser Blend

Fill your home with the classic scents of fall with these warm, spicy, and inviting essential oils.

Ingredients:

Directions:
Add the oils to your diffuser with the recommended amount of water. Diffuse for up to 30 minutes at a time to create a cozy, uplifting space.

2. Immune-Support Roller Blend

Stay well during the seasonal shift with this portable wellness essential oil blend.

Add the essential oils to a 10 ml roller bottle. Fill the rest with Jojoba oil, cap, and shake gently. Roll onto pulse points or chest as needed.
