Policies

Standard Shipping

We ship UPS or U.S. Postal Service. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you check out. Our system uses the weight of your order and your zip code to calculate your shipping charges. If you provide a PO Box, we will ship via U.S. Postal Service. We will bill any additional shipping charges to your credit card and email you with the total. 

Free shipping is offered on all continental United States orders over $75 if the items ordered are under a specified weight. This offer is not valid for AK, HI, outlying territories, or international orders. 

International Shipping 

We insure international orders where possible. We will bill any additional shipping charges to your credit card and email you with the total. 

Expedited Order Processing: Our Promise to You

If it’s in stock, your order will be shipped within one to two business days. We ship via UPS or US Postal Service. We will email you with UPS or USPS tracking number upon shipping so that you will know when to look for your package. If you have any questions, please email apothecary@achs.edu.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from the Apothecary Shoppe and offer a 30-day return/exchange policy provided the item is unused and unopened.

To return or exchange merchandise, simply contact us with your order number and reason for return in one of the following ways:

  •  Email to apothecary@achs.edu explaining the return and give us the tracking number for your shipment, we suggest shipping the product with insurance.
  • Ship your order back to us, 5005 S. Macadam Ave Portland, Oregon 97239

Damaged Items 

Please inspect your package upon receipt, and let us know right away if there are any discrepancies or damaged items. We take every precaution to protect your merchandise in shipment, but damage can occur en route. Please email the Apothecary Shoppe if your shipment is damaged so that we can start processing your claim as soon as possible. Please save the original box and packing material as you can in the event the shipper requires more information to process our claim.

Backorders

If one of your ordered items is not available for shipment, we will notify you with the backordered item information. If you have any questions about the status of your backorder, please email apothecary@achs.edu.
