WILLOW BARK DECOCTION:
White Willow Salix alba bark: 1 ounce
California poppy Eschscholzia californica leaves: 1 ounce
Ginger Zingiber officinale root: ½ ounce
Chemical-free water: 3 pints
Directions: Prepare a decoction with the water, willow bark, and ginger root. Simmer for 15 minutes and pour over the California poppy leaves. Steep for 10 minutes and drink in divided doses throughout the day.
