Watercress Tea
2 oz. fresh watercress
1 oz. dandelion root and leaves
1 oz. nettle leaves
1/2 oz. fennel seeds
1/2 oz. elder flowers
Pour 2 pints of boiling water over the herbs and steep for 30 minutes. Drink 2 cups a day for 3 weeks.
