PUMPKIN SEED INFUSION:
Pumpkin Cucurbita pepo seeds (crushed): 1 ounce
Filtered water: 1 pint
Boil the water and pour over crushed seeds. Steep for 10 to 20 minutes and then strain. Use four to six tablespoons, three times a day. Store for no more than 24 hours in the refrigerator.
