How to Use
Wellness Support: Myrrh gum is stimulating and cleansing to many areas of the body—particularly the female reproductive system, circulatory system, and respiratory system. It is the ideal botanical to help keep all functions moving naturally through the body in unison and harmony.
Cautions and Contraindications: Do not use while pregnant. Topically, myrrh can cause dermatitis, so it is wise to perform a skin patch test first. Do not use in excess as doses over four grams may cause kidney irritation and diarrhea.
CLEANSING MYRRH MOUTHWASH:
Myrrh Commiphora myrrha powder: 1 teaspoon
Raspberry Rubus idaeus leaves: 1 teaspoon
Filtered boiling water: 1⁄2 pint
Steep herbs in water for one-half hour, and then pour off the clear liquid. Use this to rinse the mouth and gargle, three to four times a day.
