How to Use

SYRUP OF HORSERADISH:
Horseradish Cochlearia armoracia root (freshly grated or powdered): 1 tablespoon
Honey: 4 to 6 tablespoons
Boiling filtered water: 1 cup
Infuse the horseradish in the water in a bowl with a tight lid for two hours. Sweeten with honey and stir to dissolve. Bottle and keep in a cool place. Use one to two teaspoons, three to four times a day.
