Blue cohosh: Caulophyllum thalictroides (L.) Michx.

How to Use

Formula:

TINCTURE OF BLUE COHOSH:

Blue cohosh Caulophyllum thalictroides root: 3 ounces

Vodka or other alcohol: 1 pint

Mix the two ingredients and leave to steep in a warm place for two weeks. Shake daily. Filter and store in a brown bottle with a tight cap. Label well. Use 15 drops, 3-4 times a day, 1⁄2 hour before or after meals.
