Grapefruit Citrus paradisi oil: 10 drops
Tangerine Citrus reticulata oil: 10 drops
Petitgrain Citrus aurantium subsp. amara oil: 6 drops
Unscented shower gel: 4 ounces
Blend the ingredients and use externally in morning shower.
