Formula:
SPICY CIDER VINEGAR INFUSION
Bird Pepper Fruit Capsicum annuum: 1 to 2 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar (or substitute with white vinegar): 1 cup
Boiling water: 1 cup
Steep all the ingredients for 15 to 30 minutes. Bottle and label. Rub onto skin after a hot bath or shower, and follow up with a rub with warmed olive oil.
