How to Use

WONDER WOMAN BLEND
Red raspberry leaves Rubus idaeus: 1 ounce
Marshmallow root Althaea officinalis: 1 ounce
Black cohosh root Actaea racemosa: 1 ounce
Ginger rhizome Zingiber officinale: ½ ounce
Motherwort herb Leonurus cardiaca: ½ ounce
Powder ingredients in a blender, or crush in a mortar and pestle. The powder can be placed in capsules or taken in water. It can also be prepared as an infusion and taken three times a day. Store for no more than 24 hours in the refrigerator. Use 1-4 teaspoons of powder daily or 4-8 tablespoons of infusion daily.

A few notes of caution: Black cohosh root may affect blood pressure and therefore should be used cautiously with other hypotensive agents such as beta-blockers like metoprolol (Lopressor®, Toprol®) or propranolol (Inderal®) and calcium-channel blockers like diltiazem (Cardizem®, Tiazac®) or verapamil (Isoptin®, Calan®). Black cohosh may contain small amounts of salicylic acid and may increase the anti-platelet effects of other agents, such as aspirin.
