Formula:
WINTER BLEND:
Bayberry Myrica cerifera root bark: 1 ounce
Eucalyptus Eucalyptus globulus leaves: 1 ounce
Ginger Zingiber officinale rhizome: 1⁄2 ounce
Clove Syzygium aromaticum buds: 1⁄2 ounce
Cayenne Capsicum annuum powder: 1⁄2 ounce
Powder the herbs and mix. Fill capsules or mix with water. This blend can also be mixed as an extract or tincture. Use one-half to one teaspoon of powder three times a day, three to four capsules per day, two to five milliliters of extract three times daily, or five to eight milliliters tincture three times a day.
