Standard Shipping:
We ship UPS or US Postal Service. Shipping charges are automatically calculated
when you check out. Our system uses the weight of your order and your zip code
to log into the UPS server and calculate your shipping charges. If you wish to
use a different method of shipping, please note this in the comments section of
your order. If you provide a PO Box only, we will ship via US Postal Service.
We will bill any additional shipping charges to your credit card and email you
with the total.
International Shipping:
We will email you with your shipping charge and with different
options for international shipping on request. We insure international orders
where possible. We will bill any additional shipping charges to your credit
card and email you with the total.
We offer same day shipping:
If it's in stock, your order will be shipped within one to two business days.
We ship via UPS or US Postal Service. We will email you with UPS or USPS tracking
number upon shipping so that you will know when to look for your package. If
you need your order faster, please note this in the comments section and we
can ship Overnight or Two Day Air for an additional charge.

Returns
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. You
may return or exchange any item purchased from the Apothecary Shoppe within
30 days provided it is unused and unopened.

Damages
Please call or email the Apothecary Shoppe if your shipment is damaged so that
we can start processing your claim as soon as possible after receiving it. Save
as much of the original box and packing material as you can.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock but expected to arrive within five days, we will
hold your order and ship all items together unless otherwise advised. We will
place a backorder for any other out of stock items and ship them to you when
they are available. Additional shipping charges will apply to back ordered products.
Your credit card will be charged for the back ordered item and shipping at the
time the product ships to you.
If you do not wish to have items back ordered, simply note this in the comments
section of your order or call us at 800 487 8839.
