Cinnamon: Cinnamomum zeylanicum
Characteristics: A yellow oil, aging a reddish-brown color, with the characteristic odor and taste of cinnamon. It feels thick and slightly oily leaving a tacky sensation when rubbed between the fingers. It stains the perfume blotter a light yellow color.
Formulae:
Inhalation
Cinnamon oil: 6 drops
Rosemary oil: 6 drops
Pine oil: 6 drops
Thyme oil: 3 drops
Mix the oils and store in an amber bottle. For an inhalation, use four to five drops in 17 oz. of hot water.
Lice, scabies, or Fungal Blend:
External application only.
Cinnamon oil: 1 part
Rosemary oil: 1 part
Pine oil: 1 part
Thyme oil: 1/2 part
Mix the oils. Apply directly undiluted only to the affected area. Be sure to first apply a small amount to the inside of the forearm to determine if there is any adverse reaction.
