Oils That Blend Well With Black Pepper: Black Pepper oil’s fresh aroma blends well with cardamom, frankincense, lavender, marjoram, and rosemary.

Cautions and Contraindications: Black Pepper’s toxic rating is low and a skin patch test is required. Contraindicated in pregnancy and breast feeding. The toxic constituents are carvacrol and cineole. Pepper can be an irritant if used undiluted on the skin.

Formulas:

MUSCLE ACHE RUB

Sweet almond oil: 1-cup

Black Pepper Piper nigrum oil: 12-drops

Bay Piper nigrum oil: 6-drops

Juniper Juniperus communix oil: 6-drops

Ginger Zingiber officinale oil: 6-drops

Blend all oils together and use as a massage oil.
