Returns
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. You may return or exchange any item purchased from the Apothecary Shoppe within 30 days provided it is unused and unopened.
To return or exchange merchandise simply contact us with your order number and the date it was placed:

Damages
Please call or email the Apothecary Shoppe if your shipment is damaged so that we can start processing your claim as soon as possible after receiving it. Save as much of the original box and packing material as you can.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock but expected to arrive within five days, we will hold your order and ship all items together unless otherwise advised. We will place a backorder for any other out of stock items and ship them to you when they are available. Additional shipping charges will apply to back ordered products. Your credit card will be charged for the back ordered item and shipping at the time the product ships to you.
